This research question catches my attention because I find foreign countries very interesting. I plan to join the Air Force and knowing that bases are being opened near these countries lets me know that there will be plenty of employment for my line of work. in a few years, I will be flying around these areas so keeping updated with information is important. This affects me in a positive way because I plan on making it my job. It will make it easier to find work if there is possible conflict. My father was in the air force and that is motivating me to do the same. This topic is making me look into conflicts with the United States and other countries such as Russia or even the issues in Syria. I have a voice equal to that of any American and I care about my country. I am going to serve and defend my country so worrying about their national affairs is something ill need to do for my future career. As any other American who is worried about their country and their own protection I have the authority to speak my mind.

Putin says to not be afraid of soviet Russia. The Russian President Vladimir Putin is saying that it would be insane for them to want to go to war with NATO. Putin says that Russia has better things to do. He wants people to believe that Russia is friendly and is not a threat. Interests such as the take over of Ukraine and Crimea are spoken of as if they were not a problem. The strength of NATO and US military is at stake if the world just sits and watches while Russia invades another country. There are security issues in the areas surrounding Ukraine and Russia. The source of the information was Vladimir Putin so it is very accurate. He is extremely biased towards Russia because he happens to be the President of the country and he wants things to go his direction. ABC national news interview source is accurate and credible.

The pentagon is being put to shame because of Russia's control over the conflicts in Syria. Russia, spending less money than the Pentagon in Washington is able to do more damage than the United States can. Russia has been doing better Militarily than the United States. Russia has created new weapons that are more advance that technologies that NATO has. Major interests are the New technologies that Russia is producing. A new Nuclear submarine weapons system, "Killer Bumblebees" which is a new Russian rocket, the "attacks on the USS Donald Cook, new EW technologies used to interfere with radar, and the new Russian fighter that is very advanced. The author F. William Engdahl is a strategic risk consultant and lecturer, he holds a degree in politics from Princeton University. He is an American and is against all Russian views. Russia, whenever they want to, can take over the Baltics identical, to the way they took Ukraine. The strength of the Russian forces is much greater than those of the NATO forces close enough to react. NATO does not have superior military power in that area. War games were a proven failure. The safety of the Baltics is a major concern. If Russia decided to invade there would be no strategic way for NATO to stop the assault. The strength of NATO is at stake, if they back down and let Russia take control then Russia will have the upper hand and will be stepping all over NATO and the United States. The author John Vandiver has worked for Stars and stripes for several years. His opinion is biased in favor of the United States. This website has a large amount of credibility in the America, it caries extremely biased views against Russia but all facts in the articles are accurate and up to date.

This research question can be argued in the sanity of Putin and other countries bold enough to want to go to war with Russia. Russia does not want to start a war with the world in the same way that the world does not want to go to war with Russia. Several sources believe that Russia is deviously planning things behind Americas back and has greater plans than just taking over Ukraine. The other source is an interview with Putin and he claims that he would not want to go to war with NATO and would never think of making that kind of mistake. The research question could possibly be revised to ask "What is Russia's Plan?"
