Sir Robert Bryson Hall II (main character in the red suit), also known by his stage name “Logic” released his second album in 2015 which was actually a sequel to his first album, Under Pressure. The whole concept of this second album is that Quentin Thomas (white man to the right of Logic) is the pilot of the spaceship and was listening to Logic’s first album on the way over to the space station to pick up William Kai (black man to the left of Logic) who is a man of infantry. Those are really the only true characters along for this mission to travel into space in search for a planet called “Paradise”. They are on this mission because Earth has already been plagued and used of all of its’ resources. Earth has already been ruined so bad that they had to leave it and go into a space station made by the remaining humans which combined together to survive. This album really takes place in 2150 which is why it is impossible for all the other characters to be there.

Every other person in this photo is are all crew members of Logic or help him out in a certain way with his music. Logic is a man of peace, love and positivity and he really stands by that. This is why he put his DJ, manager, best friend, beats maker, producer and everyone that helps him make his music even though the album takes place in the future where none of these people except for Kai and Thomas are actually alive. I think it is very important that the two characters that Logic has chosen to play the roles Kai and Thomas are black and white. This truly displays the racial diversity that Logic talks about in his music. Since Logic is white and black he has gone through the racial discrimination on both sides. Also, all of the other characters pictured are Logic’s real friends so just by looking at them it is obvious to see he does not discriminate at all towards anyone. All of the people are position carefully to fully diverse the group as much as possible on each side of Logic. It looks very evenly distributed on both sides of him to metaphorically display how he has been in the middle of the racial battle his whole life.

Pictured very faintly in the background of the picture next to Logic’s right ear is the man that actually created this artwork. So now not only is Logic and all his crew members not actually in the story that are pictured but now so is that actual artist. Also, Logic has on a red jumpsuit while all the other characters displayed on the foreground are in white jumpsuits. This draws the viewer towards Logic because of the variation of color and also gives a symmetrical look to the picture because three people are to the left and right of Logic. Towards the background of the picture there are four people. The two people to the far left and right of the background have on red jumpsuits while the two people in the middle have on yellow which makes them more noticeable, but also creates a triangle of people wearing red jumpsuits. It looks as though they are approaching something or maybe taking off because everyone except the man to the far left looks very amazed or excited. The viewer might not be sure if the characters are supposed to be looking at them or not but actually the characters are looking into space or something else besides the viewer.

The black border on the top and bottom of the picture makes the picture very distinguished and puts a lot more focus on the actual artwork. The man on the right side of the space ship with a red jumpsuit looks like his hair is almost entwined into the space ship. It starts out like his hair and then looks like it fades into the ship. The picture as a whole is very future like hence the setting in 2150. The lighting behind Logic illuminates him and almost gives him a glowing affect making him stand out even more along with the red jumpsuit.

The main point taken away from this album cover is that Logic’s moto, “Peace, Love and Positivity.” The two main characters are on their quest to find a peaceful planet to which humans can inhabit and in the picture it very blatantly shows the racial diversity. The love part comes in to effect when Logic puts all of his crew members on the album cover even though they are not part of the album. He shows the loyalty and love he has for his friends by showing them.
